I had an exceptional experience working with Karim from My Business Consulting. As a dual citizen applying for a Golden Visa in Dubai, I faced a stressful and complicated situation: I was admitted into Dubai through the smart gate using the wrong passport. Although my Golden Visa application was under my Egyptian passport, I had booked my flight with my Greek passport, which caused the system to register my entry incorrectly.
I went to the airport the day before and unfortunately couldn’t resolve the issue. Ms. Mukta told me Karim would come the next morning. The next morning, Karim was scheduled to meet me at 8:00 am — yet he arrived early at 7:15 am and personally accompanied me to the airport. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how respected and appreciated he is; the immigration officers welcomed him warmly and treated him with clear trust.
Karim handled the entire situation with impressive professionalism, efficiency, and calm confidence. What could have been a major setback was resolved smoothly in less than 10 minutes. He turned a difficult, stressful experience into an easy and positive one — all with a smile.
I am truly grateful to have crossed paths with Karim. His dedication, expertise, and human touch make all the difference. I highly recommend Mukta, Karim and My Business Consulting to anyone who wants reliable, competent, and genuinely caring support.
