All visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, entry permits and other government approvals are issued solely by the relevant UAE Government authorities and are subject to applicable laws, regulations, eligibility requirements, procedures and the discretion of those authorities.

My Business Consulting cannot guarantee the approval, processing time or outcome of any visa, residence permit, Emirates ID, entry permit or other government application.
All decisions regarding such applications are made solely by the relevant UAE Government authorities.
Government authorities may request additional documents or information, conduct further verification, change requirements or fees, delay processing, reject an application or otherwise exercise their discretion in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
Any processing timelines communicated by My Business Consulting are estimates based on information available at the relevant time and do not constitute a guarantee.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, authentic and up-to-date information and documentation.

Where you provide information relating to another person, including a spouse, child, dependant, employee or family member, you confirm that you are authorised to provide such information for the relevant purpose.
My Business Consulting shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, rejection or other consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or outdated information supplied by you or on your behalf.
Providing visa and residency assistance requires interaction with relevant UAE Government authorities and other entities involved in the application process.
Depending on the requested service, this may include immigration and residency authorities, authorised government service centres, medical fitness centres, biometric and Emirates ID service providers, free zones, licensing authorities and other service providers necessary for processing or supporting the requested application.
By engaging our services and providing the information required for your application, you acknowledge that relevant information and documentation may need to be processed and disclosed to such entities in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Government authorities and external service providers operate independently and may impose their own procedures, requirements, processing times and fees.
Professional fees applicable to your selected service will be communicated before the relevant paid service begins.
Government fees, medical fees, Emirates ID fees, service centre charges, translation, attestation, legalisation, courier charges and other government or third-party expenses may be charged separately unless expressly included in the quotation or service package.
Government and third-party fees are determined by the relevant entities and may change without prior notice.
Payments must be made in accordance with the quotation, invoice or payment schedule issued for the relevant service.
Professional fees relate to consultancy, application assistance, administrative work and other services performed by My Business Consulting. Once work has commenced, professional fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the specific terms communicated for the relevant service.
Government fees and payments made to government authorities, service centres or other third parties are subject to the rules and refund policies of the relevant entity and may be non-refundable.
Any refund or cancellation request will be considered according to the service purchased, the work already performed, the stage of the application, expenses already incurred and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
